Dallas' Old World Audubon Place Castle Makes Yahoo's "Massive Mansion Markdown" List

9727 Audubon Place hit the market at the beginning of the summer.  Just 2 months later, the listing price for the expansive abode had dropped 25%, reports Yahoo!, from $13,250,000 to $9,950,000.  That's a $3,300,000 price drop.  The incredible home continues its Dallas real estate legacy as one of the most expensive listings in the Metroplex even after such a deep price cut.
